Another Park Trip

Now that I am off for the summer I will try to be better about posting more often.

We went to another park yesterday. This one wasn't quite as good as the first. Meghan couldn't go on the swings because even the baby swing was open on the back, stupid I know. We still had fun.

Look at those baby blues. Meghan is always happy like this. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful and happy baby.

Well, maybe it wasn't that bad.

Nummy Carrots!

This is Meghan having her first taste of baby food that wasn't rice cereal. We chose carrots. She loved them, opening her mouth much more than for the cereal on its own.

A Trip to the Park

Yesterday started out a very rainy and stormy day. But by afternoon it was sunny so we thought we'd take the opportunity to visit the park. It was pretty windy but still much fun. These are some of my favorite pictures from our outing.

She's Six Months Old!

Okay, she wasn't quite six months in this picture but I wanted to add it anyway. Grandma Frances came to visit last week. Meghan sure had changed a lot since she last saw her.

I had to add this picture because I love it. She has cereal running down her chin, learning to eat from a spoon is hard work. This picture is a great insight into what kind of baby Meghan is. She is always smiling and happy, only crying when she needs something.

I took this when I went into Meghan's room to get her at 5:45 am. Yes she wakes up that early. Actually she wakes up at about 5:30 but I let her talk to herself for a little while before I get her. Don't you wish everyone woke up this happy?

I was trying to take a picture with Meghan and the blocks but all she wanted to do was play with them.
