Christmas is almost here and Meghan will tell you she is getting "cited", aka excited. She knows that Santa will come down the chimney and put presents in her stocking, though she will try to tell you it is a boot and not a stocking.
We went to see Santa yesterday and Meghan actually sat on his lap without screaming. It took a little coaxing. Santa had to talk to her first. She even let him give her a kiss on the cheek. She didn't ask Santa for anything but she did tell me that Santa was going to put chapstick in her stocking. She has seen the presents under the tree and has only tried to open three of them. After much conversation about how presents are for when Santa comes she has left them alone. She does ask quite frequently where Santa is.
Kevin's parents and brother came yesterday. Meghan's great aunt made her the apron she is wearing in the picture. She loves that it has a "tutu" and "pocket". She will love even more when we get to bake in our matching aprons today...pictures to come.
