This is why I have yet another day off of work tomorrow. I took this picture today. The ice and snow just isn't melting. It doesn't help that the city does not salt or plow residential roads. Heck, they don't even treat some of the main roads around here.
I thought this looked really neat. It was a sheet of ice coming off the branch. You can't tell very well in the picture but it has a curve in it towards the top of the picture.
The branches have icicles. The ice is melting but it just refreezes before it drips off.Now I am just hoping that this next storm system coming is regular rain and not freezing rain or more snow.
